Feb 18, 2010 (newstodate): Air Canada, due to start operations between Toronto and Copenhagen, Denmark, from this summer, has trimmed its flight program.
Rather than starting with daily flights, the carrier will instead operate only five weekly rotations on the route, with first flight on June 24, 2010.
Providing the only direct nonstop flight connection between Denmark and Canada, the carrier will serve the route with Boeing 676-300Er aircraft.
The carrier has been on-line at Copenhagen several times before, offering seasonal summer flight schedules only.
Expectations are, however, that Air Canada is entering the Danish market with year-round services this time.
