Dec 07, 2010 (newstodate): The Ukrainean state is in the process of divesting its stake in Ukraine International Airlines.
The state owns 61.58 percent of the shares, while other owners are EBRD with 9,93 percent, Austria's UIA Beteiligunsgesellschaft mbH with 22,52 percent, and CIP with the remaining 5,97 percent.
The change of ownership will reportedly not take the form of a tender, or an auction, but be performed as an outright sale.
UIA is Ukraine's second-largest airline with a fleet comprising 18 Boeing 737 aircraft of various types.
