Dec 14, 2010 (newstodate): Ryanair is now on-line at Estonia's Tallinn Airport.
With the first Ryanair flight from Tallinn on Monday, December 13, 2010, the carrier has opened traffic to Oslo, Stockholm, Milano, Dsseldorf, Dublin, London and Edinburgh.
Ryanair has now also confirmed plans to add flights between Tallinn and East Midlands from next summer's schedule.
Flights to Stockholm will be operated four times a week, to Milan two times, and to the other destinations three times a week.
The decision by the low-cost carrier was prompted by the state's decision earlier this year to support Tallinn Airport by infusing investments in security and other areas, allowing the airport to lower its charges.
