Dec 14, 2010 (newstodate): WIZZ Air is to increase its services to and from Poland from next summer.
Effective from March, 2011, the Hungarian low-cost carrier will open new routes between Gdansk and Stavanger in Norway, Gothenburg in Sweden, and Aarhus in Denmark, and between Poznan and Barcelona in Spain.
With these latest additions, WIZZ Air will be operating 79 routes between Poland and European destinations.
WIZZ Air, set up in 2003, launched flights on May 19, 2004, from Poland's Katowice, shortly after Poland and Hungary became members of EU.
