Dec 14, 2010 (newstodate): Lufthansa Consulting and Deutsche Bahn International are currently working out details for establishing a new multi-modal logistics park at Minsk Airport, Belarus.
The new facility, AOI Logistics Park will become the first logistics park in Minsk and Belarus with access to the air, rail and motorway networks connecting Europe, Russia and Kazakhstan.
Behind the project is the Belgian company AOI that signed an investment contract with the government of Belarus in November 2009.
In July 2010, AOI commissioned Lufthansa Consulting and Deutsche Bahn International to perform a market and site assessment, as well as to develop a Master Plan for the proposed site utilization.
