Dec 20, 2010 (newstodate): DHL Express is seeing its business growing in the Danish market.
One result from this is the upgrading of its daily flight between Copenhagen Airport and Leipzig, where DHL has replaced the Boeing 757-200 freighter used far to Airbus A300 since September 2010, increasing capacity from 39 to 45 tonnes per flight.
Since April 6, 2010, the company has also stationed one Boeing 757-200F aircraft at Billund Airport, flying in from Leipzig in the morning and going back to Leipzig again in the night, connecting western Denmark more closely to the DHL hub at Leipzig.
