Nov 19, 2010 (newstodate): Kosovo's Pristina Adem Jashari Internetional Airport is looking forward to seeing Lufthansa's first flight from next summer's schedule.
Long awaited in Kosovo, Lufthansa has now announced its decision to introduce four weekly flight rotations between Dusseldorf and Pristina.
Already from this December, Adria Airways will launch flights from Pristina to Munich, Frankfurt and Dusseldorf, and the airport is also expecting both British Airways and easyJet to increase frequency on their route to Pristina from next summer.
The airport expects to see its passenger volumes to reach almost 1.3 million by the end of this year.
