Oct 08, 2010 (newstodate): The Russian charter airline, Nordwind Airlines, has taken delivery of its first Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.
The aircraft, delivered on a leasing contract with the Irish lessor, AWAS, will be used for operating long-haul routes to Europe, Turkey, Egypt and the Far East.
In the fleet of Nordwind, based at Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport, are five Boeing 757-200 aircraft.
