Oct 15, 2010 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Ural Airlines, based at Yekaterinburg, has plans for expansion of its international route network in 2011.
In the plans are new flights from Yekaterinburg to destinations including Sanya, on Hainan island in China, Istanbul, Salzburg, Paris, Munich, and Vienna.
In the fleet of Ural Airlines are 17 aircraft, including 13 Airbus A320 Family aircraft.
Earlier this month, the carrier announced its decision to acquire three Airbus A330-300 aircraft to be delivered in 2012, enabling the carrier to expand its long-haul services.
