Oct 01, 2010 (newstodate): Ryanair is heading for start of business at Estonia's Tallinn Airport with seven new routes from later this year already.
From December 13, 2010, Ryanair will offer flights between Tallinn and European destinations including Dublin, Dusseldorf , Edinburgh, London Luton, Milan, Oslo Rygge and Stockholm Skavsta Airport.
Flights to Stockholm will be operated four times a week, to Milan two times, and to the other destinations three times a week.
Ryanair expects that its new Tallinn routes will deliver 300,000 passengers annually and sustain 300 local jobs.
The decision by the low-cost carrier is prompted by the state's decision earlier this month to support Tallinn Airport by infusing investments in security and other areas, allowing the airport to lower its charges.
