Oct 13, 2010 (newstodate): Effective from October 321, 2010, the Latvian carrier airBaltic will launch services from Riga Airport to Milan Linate airport.
The carrier will offer daily services between the two airports, using Boeing 737 aircraft on the route.
With this new route, airBaltic will replace Milan Malpensa Airport with Milan Linate Airport, which will also double the number of flight connections via Milan to other Italian domestic destinations.
In cooperation with its code-share partner alitalia, airBaltic will offer connected flights from Milan to Alghero, Brindisi, Bari, Cagliari, Crotone, Fontanarossa, Naples, Palermo, Pescara, Reggio di Calabria.
