Jan 28, 2010 (newstodate): Effective from February 1, 2010, SAS Cargo is adjusting its priority cargo concept.
The "money back" guarantee is to be replaced by a "must fly" guarantee, entailing that if the promised freight and documents are delivered by the latest acceptance time at a SAS Cargo export station, the carrier "must fly" the freight as booked.
SAS Cargo thus commits itself to always allocate better access to capacity for Priority Cargo, compared to general cargo, and Priority Cargo will always be confirmed, even on flights where space is tight.
At the aircraft, SAS Priority Cargo will have a higher loading priority than SAS General Cargo, and during transfer SAS Priority Cargo will be supervised if connections are shorter than minimum transfer time for SAS General Cargo.
But "money back" no more...
