Sep 04, 2009 (newstodate): Sweden's Stockholm Arlanda Airport is to see more traffic by Ethiopian Airlines from the start of the coming winter program.
Ethiopian Airlines will add a fifth weekly frequency between Stockholm and Addis Abbeba, using Boeing 757 aircraft on the route that extends to Rome.
The carrier made its first entry into the Scandinavian market through Copenhagen Airport, but on October 28, 2003, the airline moved its operations to Stockholm Arlanda instead, citing the volumes of Swedish industry exports and more ethnic traffic in Sweden as the main reasons.
