Sep 04, 2009 (newstodate): The Copenhagen-based cargo GSA company, GSA Scandinavia may reportedly soon be pulling out of business.
GSA Scandinavia was set up in 1985 by Niels Lindinger who owns and manages the company that still serves airlines including Ethiopian Airlines, Iran Air, TAP and Nippon Cargo Airlines, while the long-standing contract with its first airline customer, Air Canada Cargo will be terminated from later this autumn as confirmed by the airline in yesterday's issue of newstodate.
GSA Airlines has offices in Copenhagen and Stockholm.
The information on the GSA company's retreat from the market is supported by several independent industrial sources, but so far newstodate has been unable to obtain official confirmation by Niels Lindinger despite sustained efforts.
Also no GSA Scandinavia staff have been authorized to comment on the situation that remains in a limbo.
