Sep 07, 2009 (newstodate): The Polish carrier Jet Air has launched flights on a new route between Warsaw and Dresden, Germany.
Effective from today, September 7, 2009, the carrier will offer five weekly flights with BAe Jetstream 32 aircraft between the two destination, adding a stop at Zielona Gora, Poland, in both directions.
The carrier, set up in 2001 at Bydgoszcz, operates a fleet comprising four BAe 32 and one ATR42 aircraft.
Until 2007 Jet Air operated routes on behalf of LOT that then abrogated the cooperation. Since then Jet Air has built up its own route network.
