Sep 22, 2009 (newstodate): The Romanian LCC Blue Air is now online on its new route between Vienna, Austria, and Bucharest Baneasa Airport.
With the first flight on September 14, the carrier now serves the route with a daily flight, using Boeing 737 aircraft.
The carrier currently operates a fleet of nine Boeing 737, including three Boeing 737-800, one Saab 2000 and one BAe 146-200 aircraft on a route network comprising more than 43 European destinations.
Blue Air has also placed orders for a further two Boeing 737-800 and three Boeing 737-900 aircraft.
