Sep 22, 2009 (newstodate): Korean Air Cargo is to add a second weekly freighter rotation from "later this autumn" through Luleaa Kallax Airport, in northern Sweden.
The flights was launched at the start of this year with one weekly east-bound flight coming in from Frankfurt to load Norwegian fresh salmon exports for markets in the Far East via Incheon, Korea.
After a planned seasonal break the weekly service was reinstated from September 15, 2009.
Besides the loads of fresh Norwegian salmon, the service is also striving to attract other general cargo shipments from exporters in the northern parts of Norway, Sweden and Finland - so far without marked success.
