Sep 30, 2009 (newstodate): Kazakhstan's national carrier Air Astana plans to add its seventh international destination in Asia and the Gulf region from October 31, 2009.
New on the route map is Kuala Lumpur, to be served once weekly with Boeing 7867 aircraft.
The carrier already flies from Almaty to Bangkok three times a week, to Beijing five times a week, to Delhi three times a week, to Dubai nine times a week, and to Seoul and Urumqi twice weekly.
In the carrier's fleet are two Boeing 767, four Boeing 757, two Airbus A321, seven A320, one A319 and five Fokker 50 aircraft.
