Aug 29, 2009 (newstodate): The UK regional airline Eastern Airways is expanding its network of service between Norway and the UK market.
Effective from October 5, 2009, Eastern Airways will launch new flights from Bergen Airport Flesland to Aberdeen and Newcastle, using SAAB 200 aircraft.
Flights to Aberdeen will be offered five times weekly while flights to Newcastle will be on a daily basis.
Eastern Airways already operates flights from Stavanger to Aberdeen and Newcastle, and earlier this year introduced flights from Oslo to Aberdeen.
