From August 17, 2009, Estonian Air will resume serving its route from Tallinn to Helsinki, Finland, planning to offer three weekly rotations.
Later, from October 1, 2009, the Latvian carrier airBaltic is again expanding its route network with flights from Tallinn Airport to Turku, Finland's second-largest city, offering daily flights with Fokker 50 aircraft.
The new route marks airBaltic's first entry into the neighboring Estonian market while the carrier has long built up a network of flights from its other Baltic neighbor, Lithuania.
