Jun 10, 2009 (newstodate): Russia's Federal Customs Service will ease the plights on the country's ailing airlines in an effort to keep carrier afloat.
The customs service has decided to defer payments of customs duties from imports of western aircraft and spares by six months.
The government has also called on Russia's bank to support the financing of airlines based on a study of their commercial situation and viability.
