Jun 18, 2009 (newstodate): The Russian airline Aeroflot has taken delivery of its third Airbus A330-200 aircraft, on an operational lease from AerCap.
By April 2010 Aeroflot will have received a further seven A330 aircraft, including two A330-200 and five A330-300 for use on domestic long-haul and international routes.
Aeroflot has also now received its 30th Airbus A320 aircraft, and before the end of this year two more will be delivered, all on lease arrangements with GECAS.
Aeroflot now has a total of 53 A320 family aircraft.
