Jun 18, 2009 (newstodate): The latvian carrier airBaltic has announced the opening of another two new destinations in 2009.
From September 1, 2009, the carrier will start operations from Riga to Pskov in Russia, using a Fokker 50 aircraft on the route, and from September 17 airBaltic will also open flights from Riga to Warsaw, Poland, with Fokker 50 aircraft.
Bent on an intense increase of services into Eastern Europe and Central Asia, airBaltic has so far opened 10 new destinations in 2009.
