May 26, 2009 (newstodate): The Romanian carrier Tarom is planning for the return of services on the route between Bucharest and Amsterdam.
Effective from June 6, 209, Tarom plans to introduce a daily flight between the two capitals, using Boeing 737 aircraft on the route.
Tarom last operated the route till 2004 after which flights were suspended.
The route is operated on a code-share agreement with KLM that will also code-share with Tarom on a number of other Tarom domestic routes.
