May 06, 2009 (newstodate): Armenia saw its air cargo volumes down during this year's first quarter.
The country's capital airport, Yerevan Zvartnots Airport handled a total of 1,475 tonnes of cargo, a decrease by 20.1 percent, y-o-y.
The totals included 344 tonnes of airfreight exports, down 34.8 percent, and 1,131 tones of airfreight imports, down 14.3 percent.
