April 08, 2009 (newstodate): Hungarian carrier Malev has added its fifth destination in Romania.
Effective from March 30, 2009, Malev is offering five weekly flights from Budapest to Iasi, Romania, increasing to six weekly rotations from June, 2009, using Bombardier Q400 aircraft on the route.
Other Romanian destinations served by Malev are Bucharest, Timisoara, Tirgu Mures, and Cluj-Napoca, and in total Malev is now performing 64 weekly rotations between Budapest and destinations in Romania.
