Mar 25, 2009 (newstodate): Armenian carrier Armavia's new service from Yerevan to Tbilisi, Georgia, launched only ten days ago, is proving an immediate success.
According to the carrier, the route has already generated 1,000 passengers, and the volume is also boosted by the option of transfer from Tbilisi via Yerevan to Moscow that is otherwise not connected with direct flights to Georgia after last year's military clash and political conflict.
