Mar 23, 2009 (newstodate): Armenian carrier Armavia is again to add new European destinations to its route network.
From March 30, Armavia plans to launch flights from Yerevan to Zurich, Switzerland, followed by the opening of flights from Yerevan to Berlin, Germany, from April 14, 2009.
Armavia will also increase frequency on its route from Yerevan to Marseille, France, to two weekly flifhts from this summer.
Armavia operates a fleet comprising two Airbus A320 and two Airbus A319, one Boeing 737-300, one Yak-42, one Tu-134 and one IL-86 on its network now comprising 70 weekly flights to 35 destinations in the CIS and Europe.
