Mar 26, 2009 (newstodate): Air India is reportedly showing renewed interest in a future acquisition of Airbus A380 aircraft.
The carrier is said to be in talks now with Airbus after earlier talks failed in 2007.
If plans materialise, the carrier will take "at least" 10 Airbus A380 aircraft, sources say.
India's first A380 customer is Kingfisher Airlines that is positioned to take delivery of five aircraft during 2010-2011.
