Mar 23, 2009 (newstodate): Belarus and Libya have signed a draft air services agreement on March 20, 2009.
The agreement will allow carriers from the two countries to fly through eachother's airspace, or to land for commercial or non-commercial purposes in the two countries, and straightens out a range of issues pertaining to mutual air traffic of passengers and cargo.
The parties will now hold negotiations to finalise an agreement pacing the road for easier communication between Belarus and Libya.
