Feb 13, 2009 (newstodate): Latvian carrier airBaltic and Russia's Rossiya have signed a new codeshare agreement to allow for enhanced carriage of eachother's passengers.
The improved code-share partnership between the two airlines applies to airBaltic's routes between St Petersburg and Riga, Riga and Kaliningrad, and Kaliningrad and Copenhagen.
airBaltic passengers, for their part, will enjoy access to flights from Riga to St Petersburg and beyond to more than 30 destinations in Russia and the CIS, which are served by Rossiya. These include cities such as Yekaterinburg, Mineralnye Vody, Rostov, Samara, Ufa and others.
