Feb 3, 2009 (newstodate): Korean Air has announced its decision to place orders for two additional Airbus A380 aircraft.
The two aircraft will be delivered in May and June, 2014, bringing the carrier's A380 fleet to a total of 10 aircraft.
This is the airline's second follow-up order from the original order for five units, placed in 2003, followed by an order in 2008 for three more by activating the initial options.
These first eight A380 aircraft will be delivered from 2010 till 2013.
