Feb 24, 2009 (newstodate): Korean Air Cargo's freighter operation at Swedish airport Luleaa Kallax will be resumed from March 17, 2009.
The operation, launched in early January, 2009, was suspended already by mid-February due to low loads.
-We hope loads will again be sufficient to warrant the service, but we will of course monitor its performance all along, says Mr Lee, Korean Air CArgo manager Sweden.
The weekly Boeing 747-400F service by Korean Air Cargo is routed from Frankfurt via Luleaa to Incheon, Korea, driven primarily by exports to Asia of Norwegian fresh salmon, but is also to generate cargo shipments from the northern regions of Sweden, Norway and Finland.
