Initally, the carrier will offer two weekly rotations, increasing to four weekly flights from March 30, 2009, using Airbus 319 and Embraer 190 aircraft.
With the new route, Finnair will offer flight connections via Helsinki between Turkey and Scandinavia, the Baltic countries and the carrier's Asian network.
