Dec 03, 2009 (newstodate): The Hungarian low-cost operator WIZZ Air is now confirming its entry into the Baltic markets.
From next year the carrier will launch new flights from Latvia's Riga Airport to London Luton Airport, Oslo Sandefjord Airport in Norway, and Turku in Finland.
Effective from March 28, 2010, WIZZ Air will operate two weekly flights between Riga and Turku, from March 30, 2010, three weekly flights will be opened between Riga and London, alongside three weekly flights between Riga and Oslo Sandefjord.
WIZZ Air has also announced the opening of two weekly flights between Budapest and Turku, in Finland.
