Dec 07, 2009 (newstodate): The new Russian charter airline I-Fly, based at Moscow Vnukovo Airport, has now launched flights.
Owned by the Russian tour operator Tez Tour and charter operator Shar Inc, I-Fly currently operates two ex-KrasAir Boeing 757-200 aircraft, with a third aircraft to join later this month.
A fourth similar aircraft will be added in March 2010, as will also Boeing 767 aircraft at a later stage.
The aircraft received its AOC on October 29, 2009, and plans to offer charter flights to operators in the leisure segment.
