Nov 06, 2009 (newstodate): Russia's Baltic enclave, Kaliningrad is seeing a new surge in airlines flying in to fill the void af the demise of KD Avia.
Among the newcomers, the Ukrainean privately-owned airline Wind Rose Aviation is planning the launch of a new route between Kiev and Kaliningrad Khabrovo Airport.
The route will be served three times weekly with Embraer 195 aircraft.
Wind Rose Aviation operates a fleet of two MD80 and two Embraer 195 aircraft.
