Nov 24, 2009 (newstodate): The Russian civil aviation agency has announced the final cut to Aeroflot-Cargo.
The Russian carrier Aeroflot's cargo subsidiary will have its AOC revoked from December 1, 2009, allegedly due to non-conformance with regulations for operations of civil aircraft in Russia.
Also the Russian carriers Alania Airlines, based in Vladikavkaz, and Bylina, based at Moscow's Vukovo Airport, lost their AOCs from November 16, 2009.
