Nov 25, 2009 (newstodate): Estonia's Tallinn Airport has proposed the building of a new airport at Tallinn to handle air traffic by private and corporate aircraft.
The city's government is expected to discuss the project at a meeting on Wednesday November 25, and if the plans are accepted the first stages of the project could be launched in 2010.
