Nov 23, 2009 (newstodate): New Russian airline Nord Star Airlines will take delivery of two new Boeing 737-800 aircraft in 2010.
The carrier, based at Norilsk, launched operations in June 2009 with three leased ex-Sterling airways and TUYIfly Boeing 737-800 aircraft and is now operating flights on routes from Norilsk to Moscow and Krasnoyarsk as well as between Moscow and Krasnoyarsk.
In the plans are new routes to Sochi and to St Petersburg.
