By the end of June, 2009, Northern Capital Gateway was announced as the winner of tender for developing, modernizing, and operating Pulkovo Airport for a 30-year period.
Northern Capital Gateway is a consortium comprising Fraport AG with 35.5 percent of the shares, Russia's VTB Capital with 57.7 percent, and Greece's Copelouzos Group with seven percent.
The details of the concession agreement are currently being negotiated, and the agreement is expected to be inked before the end of 2009.
