OPct 01, 2009 (newstodate): Latvian carrier airBaltic is today opening flights on its first route between Estonia and Finland.
The new route will be operated with a daily flight between Turku, Finland, and Tallinn, Estonia.
-The Estonian market is important for airBaltic. We have stepped up flight frequency on the Tallinn-Riga route by offering up to seven daily flights, we were first to open international scheduled services from Tartu, and now we take another major step by starting the Tallinn-Turku service, says Bertolt Flick, airBaltic President and CEO.
