Oct 13, 2009 (newstodate): Hungarian LCC WIZZ Air is further strengthening its penetration of the Polish aviation market.
Effective from December 18, 2009, the carrier will add a new flight from Gdansk to Paris Beauvais offering two weekly rotations from the start, later to be increased.
WIZZ Air will also add a third Airbus A320 aircraft to its operations in Gdansk from December 2009, enabling the airline to increase frequencies on existing routes and add more new destinations in 2010.
Already under preparation is the opening of the carrier's 12th base in Wroclaw in July 2010, paving the road for the launch of new routes and further increase of frequencies on the airline's existing routes to and from Poland.
