Oct 01, 2009 (newstodate): Following on the launch today of a new route to connect Turku, Finland with Tallinn, Estonia, the Latvian carrier has announced two more new routes from November 12, 2009.
Both new routes will be set up at Lappeenranta, Finland on the border between EU and Russia, connecting this destination with the Estonian capital of Tallinn and the Latvian capital of Riga, respectively.
Both new flights will be operated four times a week with Boeing 737 aircraft.
The new routes will allow passengers from Southeastern Finland to travel to Latvia and Estonia, or via the Riga airport to destinations such as Barcelona, Berlin, Zurich, Venice, Vienna, Moscow, and Kaliningrad.
