Three airlines and one investment fund are reportedly taking part in a tender to increase the ownership circle that today comprises major stockholders Zivko Gruevski, 48.43 percent, and Zlatko Petrovski, 48.43 percent.
MAT is in financial difficulties further deepend by Eurocontrol's ban of its operations in routes to Germany and Italy due to the accumulation of unpaid charges.
