Jan 28, 2009 (newstodate): Effective from June 6, 2009, the Serbian carrier JAT plans to return services to Gothenburg, Sweden.
JAT plans to offer direct flights with Boeing 737-300 aircraft to Gothenburg from Belgrade, rather than operating via Stockholm Arlanda as was the case when operations were suspended from October 2008.
Other European services to be re-opened from Belgrade are flights to Prague, Tirana, Tripoli, and Malta.
