Customers can call on Aeroflot Cargo's support desk by phone, email or via SITA to obtain info on booking status, status update, transport documentation, transit cargo, and other issues including specific info on Russian legal and procedural issues.
The customer service will accept requests for assistance in both Russian and English language.
