Sep 29, 2008 (newstodate): Implementation of new SITA systems shall help Ukraine's Kiev Boryspil Airport to boost its passenger handling capacity.
By a range of infrastructural improvements, the airport aims at processing 18 million passengers by 2020, up from around seven million today.
Boryspil Airport will implement SITA AirportConnect to support the 42 international and 10 domestic airlines using the airport, ensuring faster check-in and easier adoption of self-service technology.
The airport will also implement SITA AirportHub to streamline airport communications for airlines and other airport tenants, replacing individual leased lines and incompatible hardware solutions.
