Sep 9, 2008 (newstodate): A consortium comprising Turkish TAV Airports Holding and Latvia's Skonto Buve has prequalified as partipant in a forthcoming tender for the modernisation and operation of Latvia's Riga International Airport.
The tender will reportedly include contract for management and infrastructure.
