Sep 23, 2008 (newstodate): This week Slovakia's Bratislava Milan Rastislav Stefanik Airport will open a tender for construction of a new passenger terminal.
The tender will remain open for two months, and a winner will be announced before the end of this year.
The planned passenger terminal will boost capacity to five mio passengers annually, and plans are for the project to be completed by the of 2010.
In 2007 the airport handled a total of two mio passengers, an increase by 4.5 percent, y-o-y.
